Yes! Try using the Name Preview Tool found on the top right corner of your screen. This will give a rough idea of how your name will look in different fonts. To get an exact design send us an email requesting your name in a desired font and the MyOwnNecklace graphic designers will gladly create a design for you.

What chain length should I order?

Can I personalize my MyOwnNecklace Order in other languages?
We can personalize your order with any language as long as you send us an example of the writing and letters.
How can I change my order once it has been made?
If you want to change your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Go to contact us and send us message requesting the specifications of the change.
How can I cancel an order?
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact us.
Can I order a necklace with special characters (#, @, &, $)?
You can personalize your necklace with any special characters when placing your order.
Is the MyOwnNecklace jewelry made out of true precious metals?
Yes, of course! All of MyOwnNecklace precious metals are stamped with 14K (gold) stamp or 0.925 (sterling silver) stamp.
What is your return policy?
You can return new, unopened jewelry sold by MyOwnNecklace.com within 60 days of delivery. Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee on all items.
I received my order but it is not correct. What do I do?
If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given back except for shipping and handling expenses.
